Aircel partnership with Wikimedia company for free m.wikipedia.org in India with Hindi,English and other 18 languages supported announced on 25 July 2013.users can access m.Wikipedia.org without any data cost.Wikipedia default language is English you can change it after open page of wikipedia.note that your phone also support selected language.Samsung and some phones supported most of the indian languages.you can access it with aircel default apn really its a great offer for aircel customers.
